Teen Outreach Program (TOP) is a nationally recognized, evidence based program that empowers teens to build healthy relationships, reduce risky behaviors, and positively impact their communities. As part of the program, students are required to complete meaningful hours of community service-learning, designed to promote positive youth
development and community well-being. Through service projects such as kindness campaigns and school-based support activities, students develop leadership skills, strengthen social connections, and contribute to safe, healthy, and supportive environments. Teen Outreach Program challenges teens to grow, lead, and make a meaningful difference—today and for years to come.

Teen Connection Program (TCP) is an evidence-based program that empowers teens to grow emotionally, connect authentically, and thrive. Through interactive lessons focused on trust, communication, and vulnerability, TCP establishes a safe and supportive group culture where teens feel valued and heard. The program strengthens belonging and peer connection while encouraging youth to reflect on their strengths, personal growth, and future goals—supporting overall well-being, confidence, and positive life outcomes.

Youth Thrive program and Youth Cafés are student-led programs that empower teens to grow, connect, and lead by focusing on strengths, resilience, and real-life skills. Through safe, welcoming conversations and youth-driven experiences, young people shape the process, share their voices, and support one another—building confidence, healthy relationships, and a strong sense of belonging. Rooted in research and guided by youth leadership, these programs help teens navigate challenges, discover their potential, and thrive in school, in life, and in their communities.
