HARM REDUCTION SERVICES
Compassionate Care. Practical Support. Saving Lives.

Judgment-Free Care. Confidential Services. Everyone is Welcome.

At the Floyd County Health Department, we believe every life matters. Our Harm Reduction Program is dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our community by meeting people where they are — with dignity, respect, and without judgment.

You do not have to be ready for treatment to use our services. We are here to support your health and safety at every step.

Harm reduction saves lives by helping prevent overdose, reducing the spread of infectious diseases like HIV and Hepatitis C, and connecting individuals to medical care, treatment, and recovery resources. Whether someone is seeking safer options, testing, vaccinations, or connections to treatment, our team is here to help.
